To activate the Ventilation on the wall tool, click the button or use the Alt + N hot key.
You can create a vent in the walls that are placed on the scene in the following shapes: straight wall, polyline, rectangle. For more information, see Wall.

{width=80%}
Vents on the floor slab are placed in the same way as on the wall.
When ventilation is placed on the scene, you can define the following parameters:
- Geometric dimensions (width and height);
- Productivity (airflow rate);
- Turn-on delay time from the moment of fire occurrence;
- Type: supply or exhaust.
When you place a vent on a wall, you can specify its lower level relative to the level of the wall.
The lower level of the vent on a floor slab is determined by the lower level of the slab where the vent is located.
