Can I use the software both at work and at home?
All our licenses are tied to a specific computer (Node-Locked). However, you can transfer your license to another computer. If you need this, please get in touch with us using the feedback form.
Do you update your software? Are the updates free?
We provide free software updates for the entire duration of the license. We usually release quarterly updates.
I paid, but the license was not sent, what should I do?
We provide software licenses electronically. Please check your spam folder as some emails may end up in spam and/or get in touch with us using the feedback form specifying your order number. We will process your request and get back to you shortly.
How much does a license renewal cost?
Renewing a license is usually 25% cheaper than buying for the first time
