Using the Linear size tool, you can specify the linear dimensions of objects on the scene.
To activate the Linear size tool, click the 
button or use the Alt + Q hot key.
To specify the linear size of the desired object on the scene, do the following:
- Press the LMB at the starting point of the object.
- Move the mouse pointer and then press the LMB at the end point of the object. The dimension line appears next to the object.
- Move the mouse pointer along a straight line to draw extension lines.
